Insurance Information and Fees
When you receive mental health services from our practice and we are in-network with your insurance, we will bill your insurance company directly. Your company will then pay a portion of the bill, and you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance, such as a copay or deductible. It's important to understand your insurance plan's coverage and costs to avoid unexpected medical bills. We will make sure to explain the billing process with you before beginning any services. If you have any questions about our billing process, please don't hesitate to ask.

We are currently in network with the following insurances:
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield/Regence (We do not take Legacy PPO plans)
Pacific Source Commercial
Providence

At Collective Wellbeing Psychology, we can also provide you with superbills for out-of-network insurance. A superbill is a detailed invoice that includes the services provided, the date of service, and the amount charged. You can use this document to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please note that each insurance company has its own requirements for submitting claims. It's a good idea to check with your insurance company beforehand to ensure that the superbill meets their specific requirements. This way, you'll have all the necessary information to maximize your chances of getting reimbursed.
